MOSCOW, Dec 16 (PRIME) -- Russian grocery retailer Lenta is acquiring online retailer Utkonos with a basic price of the deal of 20 billion rubles, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
“Lenta is acquiring Utkonos for establishment of one of Russia’s leading e-grocery platforms,” the company said.
The deal envisages a purchase of 100% of Novy Impuls-50, controlling Utkonos, from investment company Severgroup, which manages assets of businessman Alexei Mordashov.
